And now since it is getting harder to run and hide they are begging for support from relatives and asking them to lie about knowing his Grand fathers signature, one such relative called on September 20, 2018 at 7:23 PM California time and told Tony that his Grand Father's signature contain the word "Shiam" His testimony is now locked in and he can not change his words. Almost all relatives have declined and are not willing to participate in this scam.

BRIEF CASE HISTORY:
This is the story of two brothers who lost their real parents when they were 14 and 9 respectively and were raised by their Uncle Babu Shyam Manohar Advocate, who did not have any kids of his own. The elder brother with the help of his younger brother became a lawyer (younger brother filed all the forms and wrote the exams on behalf of his elder brother), and quite a clever one at that, Babu Uma Kant Srivastava Advocate and the younger became a simple Professor / Principal with 5 degrees. The younger brother treated his older brother like GOD and the older brother also loved his younger brother like no other. However greed got hold of him and he devised a plan to usurp the younger brother’s inheritance by fabricating a fake will. See attached handwritten confession (scanned below and much better copy under "blogs") from the older brother to the younger brother. And once again lets not forget that the younger brother helped the older brother to become a lawyer by writing his exams and papers and this is how you pay back.
Babu Shyam Manohar Advocate purchased two 100% identical and adjacent houses on Newal Kishore Road, Hazrutgunj, Lucknow for his two nephews, the one with the law office for his elder nephew Uma Kant and the other one for his younger nephew Rama Kant (Tony's father). The two houses stand the same way even to this day. In fact Babu Shyam Manohar was even reluctant to put a connecting door between the two houses but one was eventually placed. This combined lot has four identical houses, the other two houses are owned by different people. A major developer can buy all four and then build a high rise on this land, it will be the crème de la crème of Lucknow.
Evidence will show that the elder brother Uma Kant made a fool proof plan by forging a "will" on behalf of Shyam Manohar giving the prized assets to his own wife and appointed himself as the executor of this will but then at the last minute decided to back off and did not carry it out. It is clear that Babu Uma Kant loved his brother so much that he was not able to carry out his own plan to stab his own beloved younger brother, in his back. He did not act on his engineered will and did nothing and died in 1984. The Will he was peddling was dated in 1971 and he had himself as the Executor of the Will and his wife as its major beneficiary. The Will is a masterful creation and was laced with items widely mentioned, desired and circulated by Babu Shyam Manohar while he was alive, then these provisions were carried out by Babu Uma Kant to legitimize the fake will and make it look like as if the Will was written by Babu Shyam Manohar. Babu Uma Kant went as far as obtaining signed stamped receipts from many of these people who received money, furniture, clothes etc. But he failed to get a similar receipt from his younger brother and his wife (Tony's parents) - the two main heirs of Babu Shyam Manohar. Why? After Shyam Manohar's death Uma Kant needed a succession certificate to access his liquid assets and bank accounts, in those filings Uma Kant signed under the penalty of perjury that Shyam Manohar died "intestate" - meaning did not write a "will"
Shyam Manohar being an eminent lawyer would never bequeath fictitious properties to his younger nephew and put them in his Will, while giving everything to the elder nephew. He loved both his nephews and more so to the younger nephew Rama Kant since he had earned five degrees and was the younger spoilt brat of the family (Tony's Dad). On his death bed Shyam Manohar repeatedly told both the brothers to divide the property half and half. For three days he sang a song – Jaidad adhi adhi bant lena. All of the listed male defendants in this partition lawsuit / Tony's first cousins were standing in the room when Babu Shyam Manohar was singing this song about "jaidad adhi adhi bant lena" and heard it loud and clear. Babu Shyam Manohar was suspicious that Uma Kant is very clever and Rama Kant is careless in these matters and some hanky panky might occur. Babu Uma Kant died in 1984 and nothing was done until 1989 when his eldest son Babu Hari Kant Srivastava Advocate produced this fabricated will dated 1971 and got the house mutated in his mother’s name. Very unfortunately Babu Hari Kant Advocate passed away in the year 1992 at a very young age. If Tony's cousins had chosen to include him in the family, he might still be alive, basking in sunny California.
Babu Rama Kant’s only son decided to settle permanently in the USA and trusted that his cousins will not do any hanky panky behind his back, but that was not true. Hence a partition lawsuit was filed 11 years ago and now the cousins are dragging the matter by frivolous adjournments and continuances to wear out the US settled cousin so that he will give up and they can take over the whole estate.

The exact loopholes in the Will are summarized as follows.
The case was going fine in Kanpur but when the judge ordered the defendants to prove the voracity of the “will” they started running for the hills and one defendant filed in the Lucknow bench of the High Court that the venue should be changed to Lucknow since she has arthritis, she is a widow and that she is very poor and also in very poor health, all the while vacationing in New York. Also she never appeared even once in the case at Kanpur, her son did and he is also a lawyer. The strategy is to bribe a judge and win the case. That is where the case is stuck right now….
1. Tony has been deputed by his Father to take this matter to fruition and it is he who gave him all these documents and files before he passed away or how else did Tony get hold of everything. Tony’s Dad did convince him into letting him go back to India where he passed away and that mistake was not repeated, Tony’s Mom is kept under strict supervision and under ultimate care with a top notch medical team. Tony did arrange for his Father to receive angioplasty, bypass surgery (twice), lithotripsy etc and if he did not have diabetes Tony was willing to get him a heart transplant too just like Vice President Dick Cheney. Most others send money and invite their Parents for a short stay and then send them back, but not Tony, he immigrated his Parents ASAP and had them live in the US permanently. Tony worshipped his Father and considers sending him back to India as the biggest mistake of his life.
2. Tony is also very disturbed by the fact that he spent his childhood with these cousins but it is clear that they did not love him, like him or care about him – all they wanted was to get rid of him so they could gobble up all the properties, just like what their father did to his father. (Tony’s father).
3. Tony will donate most of the proceeds from the sale of these legal rights to various charities in India, US and Africa. All legal bills and commissions and finders fees will be paid first.
4. Tony is also quite upset with the rumors and innuendos that his cousins have spread about him. They are lies, Tony leads an exemplary life and is purely a self made man, he held 3 jobs at one time, saved money and worked 7 days a week to build his businesses, created jobs and earned his education with top honors. Tony regularly donates to various charities in the US, Africa and India. He volunteers his time and advice by serving on various Boards of Non Profit Organizations. Over the years he has motivated, inspired and encouraged not a few but 100s of people to do better in life, start businesses and take risk. He did not gain any advantage from any one of any kind, either financial or legal. Tony did drive his US enemies into bankruptcy and lots of people owe him money and that will also be collected over time via law suits and collection agencies. Tony has vacationed and cruised to more than 100 countries on all continents and his life style is the envy of others, he lives in a mansion fit for celebrities, drives the finest cars of the world and is still very humble, polite and kind. You wonder, why not forget about the past, well you have to be a victim to understand that.
5. Tony thinks that his cousins should be very happy that they have lived in his house for the last 40+ years rent free and that alone is a very big reward that they have reaped. Tony’s father spent his life earnings restoring and rebuilding the Kanpur house while the Lucknow houses are “as is” and not well kept. If they had been honest and handed the 50% share or the house on the right to Tony's father 40+ years ago, as desired by Babu Shyam Manohar, Rama Kant's life would have been so much better. Depriving him caused irreparable harm to him, his family and his well being.
6. Tony's cousins claim that this is not an ancestral property since it was acquired by Shyam Manohar. Well lets dig a little deeper and see how Shyam Manohar got the funds to buy these two houses and then why in Lucknow? The truth is that the two boys were going to D.A.V. Inter College in Kanpur and the only University was located in Lucknow, so Babu Shyam Manohar sold a bunch of properties in Unnao that he had inherited from his father Babu Behari Lal (Grand Father of Uma and Rama Kant) and purchased these two houses for his nephews so they could go to the University and settle their families later. Lo and behold, Rama Kant went on to earn five degrees from Lucknow University while living in this house - how about that !
7. Tony is a very fair and practical person and he is aware that under the present situation it will be very hard for him to get the true and fair value of his inheritance and therefore he is willing to take a lesser % but only if the cousins are willing to sell right now without any further delay. There will be enough money for all of them to buy fancy apartments to live in Lucknow and improve their standard of living and enjoy some life. Take vacations, buy new cars and designer clothes etc etc. To not make a deal just for ego reasons is only stupid, it has no impact on Tony's life or style.

Here below is the picture of the two adjacent houses, 100% identical, look carefully, the left was for Uma Kant with the law office and the right was for Rama Kant, both houses have their own main entrance and are independent of each other with separate kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. Shyam Manohar did this to avoid any conflict between the two brothers but little did he know what will happen after his death. One can ask why else did he buy "two identical houses" why not just one? or perhaps all four that exist on the same lot. He raised two boys, they were his only heirs, hence two houses only.
